Membership Cost

PREMIER MEMBERSHIP
$5000 - for Business - Unlimited Employees.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
$295 for Businesses with up to 5 Full-Time Employees.
($5 for every additional full-time employee. $5 for every two part-time employees)

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIP
$295 plus $100 for each additional professional associate in the same office.
Each additional office or location requires an additional membership rate charge.                 Professional Rate Includes: Lawyers, Financial planners, Realtors, CPA's, Insurance agents, Doctors, Veterinarians, Chiropractors, Dentists

HOTEL/MOTEL MEMBERSHIP
$500 Base Rate

FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS
$25 per million of the greater assets or deposits at said location.
($600 minimum membership, $2950 maximum membership)

CIVIC ORGANIZATION & ASSOCIATIONS
$150 Base Rate 
Includes: Churches, Service Clubs, Community Betterment, Organizations, and Activity Clubs

INDIVIDUALS
$100 (Note: No business promotion included in membership.)

OTHER
Any not classified, schools for example, or businesses outside of Polk County (without a business in Ankeny), will be membership rate of $295 and the remainder negotiated.

Note: Remember to figure part-time employees to full-time equivalency. For example: Two part-time employees who work 20 hours per week are equal to one employee who works 40 hours per week.
