Public Affairs
Conducts candidate forums and legislative briefings. Meets the first Monday of each month at 12:00 noon.

Education
Be an advocate in partnering with educational opportunities. Meets at 7:00 am on the first Friday of every month during the school year and partners Chamber members with area school personnel to create business and education opportunities.

Ankeny Young Professionals
Involved in the community they live and work in by supporting local businesses and partnering with local philanthropy efforts. AYP hosts a monthly social and Breakfast/Lunch & Learn. www.ankenyyoungprofessionals.org

Keep Ankeny Beautiful
Develops plans and coordinates and participates in beautification projects in our community. Meets the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 am.

Business 2 Business Expo
Business 2 Business Expo is exclusively for Chamber members. Previously the popular Business 2 Business Forum, this is now a twofold event. There will be a round table forum designed to facilitate networking between members in a professional setting and a trade show for members to purchase booth space and share business information with others. The expo is designed for participants to share what their businesses have to offer, learn how to utilize other Chamber members' businesses and make great contacts.

Membership
Promotes and facilitates membership recruitment and retention. Meets as needed.

TASTE of Ankeny
This new Chamber event will showcase our Ankeny Area Chamber restaurants and caterers to the community and metro area. Booth space will be available for participants to show case menu items. TASTE of Ankeny will also include a wine tasting, coordinated by Spirit Boulevard.

Christmas Luncheon
Coordinates the annual community luncheon held in December. Meets as needed September through December.

Chamber Golf Open
Plans the golf outing usually held in June. Meets as needed January to June.
